DC Campden Cocktail

The original Campden cocktail can be found in the Savoy Cocktail Book. This prohibition era cocktail calls for  2:1:1 with gin, Lillet, and Cointreau.  We are calling this the DC Campden because we’re using a DC based gin, Green Hat, bottled and produced by DC Distillers. We have also substituted Lillet for the Capitoline Vermouth; Etto, a local vermouth company, has partnered with DC Distillers for the release of this new product.
